While we dealt with many great people during our new appliances venture, Scott was truly a standout. There were a number of miscommunications during and after the delivery, but Scott, as the recommended technician, came in with a smile on his face. He made all the disconnections that had to take place before the appliance placements were done, and then on top of coming back to connect the new appliances, had to put up a stove chimney vent that was not on the original order. He did all the work meticulously, professionally and with an excellent attitude. He worked long and hard and we highly recommend this company.
